December 15 through April 30  (HighSeason)      
$100 per night, per cottage, single or double occupancy.

May 1 through December 14  (Low Season)
$90 per night, per cottage, single or double occupancy.

NOTE: AIRLINE employees/retirees will receive a flat $85 per night rate single/double occupancy. Additional guests per cottage, above the double occupancy, pay $10 per person extra. Maximum 4 adults per cottage.

• Additional adults in a cottage, above and beyond the single/double occupancy- $15 per person added to the daily rate.
• Maximum 4 adults per cottage.
• Please, no children under 12 years of age.
• Young guests age 16 and older will be charged at the adult rate of $15 per person.
• Taxes are not included in the above prices.
• 50% deposit must be given when reservation is made. We accept cash, personal checks drawn on a U.S bank, cashiers checks, money orders, PayPal, wire transfers to our Costa Rican bank, and credit cards.
• A $300 damage deposit will be taken upon check-in. Any damages will be charged to your credit card, or taken from your cash deposit.
• If paid by credit card, an additional credit card fee will be added to the nightly rate.
• Minimum stay of 2 nights.
• 10% discount on nightly rate for stays of 7 nights or longer.
• 20% discount on nightly rate for stays of 14 nights or longer.
• Discounted MONTHLY rates available for extended periods.
• NO SMOKING inside the cottages.

CANCELLATIONS:
Cancellations and early departures impact us significantly, therefore we have a minimum day cancellation policy for refunds of deposits. We may not be able to re-book the cottages after your cancellation. This results in lost revenue to us, so we appreciate your understanding.
- 100% refund of deposit if reservation is cancelled within 35 days of arrival date
- 50% refund of deposit if reservation cancelled within 25 days
- 25% refund of deposit if reservation cancelled within 15 days
- NO REFUND of deposit if reservation is cancelled 14 days or less prior to arrival date
