YLANG YLANG and FRANGIPANI are our 2 fully furnished Costa Rica vacation rental houses. They are designed in a tropical “cottage” style and built of wood from renewable tree farms.

Each private Costa Rica vacation rental house has 2 bedrooms, a spacious bathroom, an open living/dining room, high ceilings and a fully equipped kitchen.

The bedrooms contain 2 twin beds (a total of 4 beds per cottage) with comfortable pillow top mattresses. (Upon request, 2 twin beds can be seamlessly joined together to create a spacious king bed). You will enjoy clean crisp bed linens, fresh towels, and other amenities to make TREE TOP COTTAGES-your private Costa Rica vacation house rental- feel like home away from home. And of course, we have hot water and air conditioning.

The decor of our charming Costa Rica vacation house rentals could be described as “contemporary tropical rustic”. Most of our furniture was made locally out of bamboo and other wood.

The cottages are elevated 10 feet off the ground to catch the breezes and to enhance the views of the ocean and jungle. You feel as though you are in the treetops, thus the name TREE TOP COTTAGES.

The kitchens are fully equipped with a stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffeemaker, pots, pans, cutlery, plates and glasses.

Upon check-in you will find complimentary beverages, snacks, and light breakfast fare in your kitchen, to get you through your first evening and morning.

Once you are settled in, we recommend that you visit the local grocery store to stock up on your favorite snacks and beverages. There are several good local restaurants, cafes and watering holes just 15 minutes down the mountain. Most are open daily for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
